Kalyn Bell
Office Coordinator & Billing Specialist
Kalyn is our office coordinator and billing specialist. She has been a part of Therapy Center since April 2019. Kalyn supervises the front office and helps with phone calls. She assists patients with scheduling and helps with any other questions they may have. She is also responsible for billing duties to include patient collections, claims review, and claims appeals. Kalyn is dedicated to the quality of care that clients receive at Therapy Center and is willing to support our staff and clients.
Cassie Fessler
Office Secretary
Cassie is our front office secretary. She has been a part of Therapy Center since July 2024. Cassie performs many essential administrative duties such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing scheduling. Cassie prides herself in working with all of our providers and staff to ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients.
