I have been a licensed therapist for 21 years and love working with people.

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have various certifications to include: Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Child Custody Evaluator. I am also trained in EMDR Therapy. I enjoy the therapeutic process and helping people to grow, change, develop, and become. I enjoy helping people develop a plan of self-care in a safe and nonjudgmental setting. With today's challenges to find time for self-care I have recently added Tele-therapy as an option for clients who cannot come into the office for traditional services.

I specialize in treating Mood Disorders (such as Depression and Anxiety), Family and Relationship Issues, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I love being a therapist and working with a diverse population of people with a variety of life's challenges. I enjoy working with children and adults, providing individual therapy, family therapy, marital counseling, co-parenting coordination, and Guardian ad litem services.

My style of counseling is based on the philosophy of therapist and client collaboration. My style is a mixture of Person Centered and Cognitive Therapy Styles. I believe in Therapy and the positive and healthy life changes that come with committing to exploring one's thoughts, beliefs, and choices.
